All outputs are AI-generated, for informational and drafting support only, and must be verified by a licensed advocate before use.

2. User Eligibility

To use EaseLaw.in, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only

3. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to the following:

  • You will verify all drafts with a professional advocate before submitting or relying on them.
  • You will not treat AI outputs as legal advice.
  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy of data you provide.
  • You will not use EaseLaw.in for any illegal, unethical, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • You will not upload viruses, malware, abusive content, or copyrighted documents without permission.

4. Accuracy & Content Disclaimer

EaseLaw.in does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or correctness of drafts
  • Timeliness or updatedness of legal provisions
  • Suitability or enforceability of documents
  • Legal outcome or success in any court, tribunal, or authority

AI may generate:

  • Outdated legal sections
  • Incorrect citations
  • Missing elements
  • Formatting errors
  • Misinterpretations
  • Assumptions from incomplete data

5. No Liability Clause

You agree that EaseLaw.in, its owners, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Penalties or legal consequences
  • User mistakes or wrong inputs

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments made for digital drafting services are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Accidental duplicate payment
  • Wrong payment credited to EaseLaw by mistake

Refunds (if eligible) require:

  • Valid proof
  • Review by our support team
  • 7–14 business days for processing

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI output
  • User mistakes
  • Unused subscription time
  • Incorrect details entered by the user

7. Intellectual Property Rights

EaseLaw.in, including its content, designs, templates, branding, user interface, and underlying software, is protected by copyright.

Users may:

  • View and download drafts for personal or business use

Users may not:

  • Resell templates
  • Copy or redistribute platform content
  • Scrape or extract data
  • Replicate the platform or reverse engineer it
  • Infringe trademarks or copyrighted items

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

  • Razorpay / PayU (payments)
  • Google (hosting, analytics)
  • Jitsi (communication)
  • AI model providers
  • Cloud storage partners

We are not responsible for:

  • Their accuracy
  • Service interruptions
  • Their data policies
  • Failures caused by third-party systems

Your use of these services is subject to their respective policies.

10. Account Security

Users are responsible for:

11. Suspension & Termination
